As CEO and Co-Founder of CLX Engineering, Kevin, is the glue that holds the team together. Mr. Wilcox has more than 18 years of experience in the field of industrial automation specializing in Airport Baggage Handling Systems. Throughout his career, Kevin has worked on many projects around the world and fulfilled many integral roles to make him the perfect candidate to lead this company.

Mike is the heart and soul of CLX Engineering. He constantly ensures that the quality of our technical abilities is top notch – following our company’s core values to the fullest. His years of experience in the field provide regular guidance to the engineering team.

Organized, results-oriented, problem solver – just a few talents that our CFO, Heather Ashford possesses. Heather manages the financial operations of the organization and leads CLX’s executive leadership team. Heather joined CLX in 2011 and has been an integral part of the company’s growth ever since.

Mr. Ineichen has more than 30 years of experience managing projects. From software/hardware/concept development to full system integration. As CLX Engineering’s Director of Project Management, he is responsible for project planning, financials, schedules, risk evaluation, issue resolution and contracts.

Mr. Lumia has over 35 years of experience in the engineering industry, 30 years of which have been with device control and automation. He has developed low level system code, firmware, and device drivers in addition to high level applications. He has been in management and leadership roles since the 90’s and has worked for some of the largest engineering companies in the world.

CLX Engineering’s Human Resources department. Prior to joining CLX, she managed the Human Resources function in small, mid-size, and large companies in industries including department of defense/manufacturing, engineering consulting, property management and insurance. Ali’s areas of expertise include compliance and best practices, policy and procedure development, staffing/recruiting and employee training and development.

One of the rare individuals who know the industry’s processes from manufacturing to integration engineering with intimate knowledge of software and control systems. As Director of Integration and Controls Engineering, he incorporates his robust electrical engineering knowledge with his leadership skills to ensure high quality engineering and production in CLX’s in-house panel shop.
